Portugal with an hangover of having and losing an "empire", and now being a small vassal of vassals, doesn't take decisive and unilateral action on international matters for decades. Since there's no agreement, Bitcoin is for now free and unregulated.

I will declare and pay taxes on BTC after converted to Euros, until then I'm free to do whatever I want. otoh, acceptance of BTC on businesses is very low (I'm even including usage of Bitpay), despite the Lamassu BTC kiosk being made here.

When Liechtenstein and Luxembourg take official note of Bitcoin, if that note is positive, you will know with certainty that Bitcoin is here to stay.

I can't take your word on that. Although I really hope that they take a positive stance towards it.
