Need site that offers exchange of BTC to FIAT and bank transfer to 3rd party

Company that earns BTC need to convert it to FIAT and pay various suppliers. Normally the company would open a business account on a platform like Coinbase, connect its bank account and draw the BTC to it then pay supplier in FIAT, but because banks don't like BTC many of them reject it.

We are looking for a service that charges a reasonable rate for converting BTC to FIAT, and that also provides a service of making FIAT bank transfers and/or issue pre-paid debit cards that could be used to pay suppliers.

There are some sites that provide these services but from experience they give a very low rate and customers lose a lot of money on the conversion from BTC to FIAT. We are looking for a service that will provide a reasonable exchange rate BTC to FIAT.
