I recently got a few Sapphire pulse RX 570 4g OC model (Hynix/Elpida). They were giving 24 mh/s out of the box on eth. I tried 1 click Polaris Bios but it did not do anything.
After overclocking on HiveOS (Core 1150, Memory 2100) I get 25-26.4 Mh/s. I have flashed these BIOS too (anorak.tech/community/t/sapphire-rx-570-pulse/5337) but still not much difference max I can get is 26.xx Mh/s

What can I do ?

EDIT : Finally somehow managed to bring my gpu to 30.4 MH/s but it is consuming b/w 111W-141W (reported by HiveOS online GUI), how can I decrease it without significantly affecting hashrate. Btw I don't mine eth, this is for testing only, I will mine cryptonight or lyra2v2 so please tell me best optimisation.

current OC: Core- 1250, Mem- 2100

If one click mod giving you the same result with downloaded one, better to use your own bios mod. Modding your card with downloaded bios isn't a proper way to do bios mod.

I recently got a few Sapphire pulse RX 570 4g OC model (Hynix/Elpida).

All of your cards act the same? (just getting max 26.xxx?) If it yes, I think that isn't the mod issue, that's more like compatibility issue, nor you only need to find the right OC settings.

I have 6 but I am only testing with 1 gpu. I have not tried mining on Win10, I am using HiveOS and I also flashed the BIOS with the HiveOS online GUI.

I checked the downloaded bios with my stock Bios and only timings were changed so I thought they were safe.

Do I need to do anything in MoBo BIOS ? I have ASrock h110 pro btc+ (13 gpu).

Do I need to do anything in MoBo BIOS ? I have ASrock h110 pro btc+ (13 gpu).

I have that kind of mobo (I have two), based on my experience that mobo been ready to work while I open the box (I didn't do additional bios setup) my systems running under Windows, I've never got any issue so far (running nine cards each board) but I'm not sure with yours.

I have 6 but I am only testing with 1 gpu. I have not tried mining on Win10, I am using HiveOS and I also flashed the BIOS with the HiveOS online GUI.

Maybe you need to test all of your cards, when possible, you can try on the different OS.

I checked the downloaded bios with my stock Bios and only timings were changed so I thought they were safe.

Glad to hear that.

I am getting 27.64 MH/s it is showing 128W in HiveOS. OC : Core= 1200, Mem= 2100

Do I need to edit the frequency in BIOS ?

Which miner are you running?
If you are sure that your biosmod are 100% correct, you need some tweaks in the miner to reach hash rate 29mh/s~31mh/s.
I have RX470(elpida) and RX570(hynix) and my hash rate at clarymore is 30mh/s 1150mhz/2020mhz, with undervolt.

I was using ethminer. Do you edit frequency in Bios ?

Also I also flashed my gpus while they were Overclocked and I also took Bios from my gpu when they were overclocked, maybe that could be a problem.

It is necessary to reduce the voltage on the GPU processor to 900-950 millivolts. This can be done through a modification of the BIOS or by a program like OverdriveNTool and WatTool. On the cryptonight algorithm, energy consumption itself will decrease.
