Hello to all,

This condominium project called " Rhythm Sukhumvit 50 by AP property " ( you guys can google it ) and this project is already sold out! Only resell unit from the owner are
available. It's already completely made and open for people to moved in since mid May 2013. It's still pretty brand new. Many people have moved in already included my family. My family have bought a room since it opened for sell about two years ago.

Also about political problem in Thailand: The protester have nothing to do with normal people. All the business are running the same, except in some area that the protester took places. Bangkok people have nothing to deal with these people and can go on their regular life with no problem. I feel really bad about the protester since it make my country reputation look bad

yeap i have everything all the documents but i think it's only in THAI i might have to check and see that, if its only in Thai i will have to bring it to the official translator.

i doubt you expect anyone to send you 100 plus bitcoin directly, so who is your escrow?

I would assume an escrow agent would get involved after auction is over, if i am correct.
