I guess transaction fee will go back to a high proce again once the value of cryptocurrency or bitcoin bounce again because I think fee also depends on a high and low value of bitcoin. That's the reality we have to accept, if we don't pay the fee no matter how much is it we can not pursue the transfer transaction. @op , if fees is you only concern when using a bitcoin , then i suggest youd better use some other alts like dash or litecone because those alts were known to have a cheap fees plus , their procesing time is also more faster because they are less indemand than bitcoinm

Speaking about transaction fees in converting Bitcoin to fiat currency or transferring BTC to BTC, I agree that it would be expensive once it moons.
