For all those people saying this is a scam, you may be right. But you also may be wrong. I believe in these guys because some of them know what being homeless is like. I do as well.

The one major thing to take away from this though, is these guys are all Americans(or mostly). They have applied for an EIN, and have a non profit business. That means, that if they do scam the community, they are in serious legal trouble and there's no way out. Again, these guys are in America, where that shit doesn't fly.

The devs come off as legitimate. And their has been no suspicious activity since this coin has launched.

Matter of fact, HTH has been performing good while everything else fell with BTC this week.

*****NON PROFIT STATUS UPDATE*****

I have spoken with Legal Zoom today. The State of New Jersey is backlogged with applications and our new anticipated date is September 17, 2018 to receive our paperwork back. We were initially told August 21, 2018 ...Please understand this is not a big deal or anything to be worried about. This is normal practice for things like this. This is why they say it can take UP TO ONE FULL YEAR for application being approved from State level to Federal level. I am in constant contact with those who I need to be in contact with to see this to the end.

I love the concept and the nay-sayers likely know very little about the homeless problem.  As an example, countless homeless people in NYC actually HAVE JOBS.  Rent is so expensive, they simply cannot afford to have a place to live.  Others who are not working want to work, but don't have the resources to help get them a steady job.

I would highly encourage the HTH team to connect with New York City Relief - https://newyorkcityrelief.org/ .  They are based right there in Jersey and serve greater NYC and Jersey.  They focus not only on getting folks good meals, but also job assistance, substance abuse referral programs, counseling etc.  I had a chance to serve on their team as a volunteer last year and the people they serve are AMAZING... they just need some love.  I also get a chance to help out with their sister org Circle City Relief in Indy.

Any way, keep up the good work and let me know if you want any direct introductions to the NYC Relief or Circle City Relief Directors.

Is the project feasible or not because the clean energy project has been on the earth for so long. What's different about this project?

We are not a green energy coin. We are not focused on any "green" issues, we focus on one issues, homelessness. We know this is tough to do, but it is very feasible to do.  How many wind farms are there? solar panels? clean energy farms? still no difference in or world & has taken billions of dollars to do to date with no real improvements shown to dear Mother Earth while it takes less than a few hundred million to solve the worlds homelessness crisis. You do know that the richest man in the world or even Warren Buffet can end homelessness across the globe? Greed is the reason why they haven't done so yet & this is where Help The Homeless Coin comes in.

Thanks for the positive words, we get encouraged by the overall positivity where our coin is presented. Our goal is a 100% success rate of course!
I'm not sure, it may of course have negative impact if its forced on people, but that is not our goal. We just help make them able to change IMO.

Thank you for these words! 

We are hoping 100% of the project will be successful, but we live in reality so we can only be hopeful. Our flaws would be not performing up to our standards, not obtaining the goals we have set. So if you can look further into that sentence you will see the success we have had to date. As for negative impacts on the community with unexpected changes, hmm..good question, we have not had any unexpected changes, except the announcement of the push back of the date we will receive our nonprofit paperwork back from the State of New Jersey, USA, but since i found out yesterday on August 17, 2018, i let the community know the same day so we all found out together at the same time so to speak, but as to negative impact, it is not because the process takes up to 1 year from State level to Federal level so we are still within our timeline. Now please understand that we have not experienced an unexpected change, news or anything of that nature so I cannot say for 100% that it will be ok with us or the people, but we know that if or when it does happen, we get through it together as one & learn from it so we can better ourselves in every aspect. I am hoping that I answered your questions!
