Our business address in Wanchai, Hong Kong. Many of our customers have been to our office.  We are also a licensed Money Services Operator. This is the equivalent of a Fincen MSB in the USA.

As we have just launched and still in Beta we have set withdrawal limits for unverified users to 1M.  We do have a 20M limit for verified users and can increase limits based if the account has been in use for a while.  Most users are trading beneath this volume.

Sorry, but 1M Doge (2-3 btc) withdrawal limit per day is absurd!
I'd never send any ID docs to a new dubious exchange in Hong Kong. If you intend to make serious business (trades) with US and EU customers, you should adjust those limits.

We are not a new company and we have been in operations since June 2013.  We have many clients in the US/EU.  We are a licensed MSO that requires ID for verification.  There aren't that many exchanges licensed like us.  1M for unverified customers is appropriate, we will evaluate these limits at a later time as most trades are under this amount.

Can you accept GBP and Euro fiat payments in and out?

How does the FX work? e.g. If I deposit 3 BTC and want to get out, say, GBP. Do you convert BTC to HKD, then convert to GBP and send via bank transfer?

If you would like to sell your Bitcoin in GBP, you can set GBP as your Base Currency in the profile tab. And all sell/ buy orders will be in GBP.
