It took me 9 confirmations today (instead of the regular 3) but I was looking at blockchain.info, I think btc-e is simply not as well connected with other nodes as blockchain.info.

Really?
A node that does not see a transaction with one or two confirmations is not "not as well connected", it's essentially not connected to the blockchain at all...

Yeah, it shouldn't be like that and it's probably a problem on their end because it usually doesn't take so long.

27 confirms on the blockchain now.
Nothing showing in BTC-e blanace, and
not anything showing as "pending" on BTC-e either.

I' sent a support ticket to them about 1.5 hr ago,
but I'm sure they are super busy now, so not surprised
no response yet.

.. I'll just sit and wait.

Hey guys, transfers into btc-e take a little longer than they used to. I know for a fact that when you transfer from coinbase there needs to be like 6-8 confirmations there and then there is like a 30 min wait. Then it shows up in transaction history at btc-e, and needs another 3 confirmations. Be patient and it will show up

I wanted to give an update.
I DID eventually see the BTC deposit show up in my
account a few hours later.  As suspected, it was probably
just the volume of transactions they were suddenly dealing with.

Hopefully everyone else ended up with success also.
