What type of wire transfer should I use with MtGox if I'm in the US?

My account verification (proof of identity and residence) email came today. Now I can add a wire-transfer withdrawal method.

I use TD Bank in the US. Which transfer method should I use, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, or ABA?

Where do I get the code for a given type of transfer? Do I have to go through another verification process after entering this code?
