I'm looking for legal firm or lawyer who is specializing in ICO-s (preferably gambling ICOs), who will help Us with establishing company, opening bank account, reviewing project etc. So, full cycle of project.

Would be great if they accept ICO Tokens as part of payment (Yes, we know that there will be upfront payments in cash).

Any suggestions?

Most ICO attorneys will overcharge you. I’ve worked with one of the best for years and he will charge you a fair rate. You won’t be disappointed.

I'll give you a free tip, don't operate or have any customers in the USA or the SEC and other agencies will bust your illegal online gambling website as well as probably issue a heavy fine and criminal penalties for unregistered securities (probably goes for most other counties too). Hint: You won't be able to register your ICO even with a great lawyer just create the ICO, forget the lawyer. Any lawyer will immediately leave at the mention of something so illegal.

There is nothing illegal in gambling, if you have license and restrict players from countries where gambling is prohibited.
 
We are issuing utility token not securities. All buyers will go thought KYC.

That's correct, as far as I know, some lawyers are accepting tokens as part of payment.
