I just logged in and found that all my eos on Kucoin disappeared. Is it normal? I will get my EOS after the token swap, right?

**edited**
Thanks for helping. It was just a lag on the website. All my tokens are still there.

I hope you can try to check your transaction history if there is no any suspicious act related to your EOS and that means you are fine, you can try to create a ticket to the kucoin and i hope the cs will help you.
i think the token swap has already ended but you can try to confirm this with the eos team.

Best thing to do would be to check your transaction history and scan your wallet address to know who really happened. Tokens don't just up and leave. Also, check in with EOS community and see if anybody has similar troubles

That is why eos block provider have the ability to block some addresses. If someone stole you eos he will be blocked. Everything changed automatically on bitfinex.

Check your transaction history as well as trading history, you might traded it before and not remember that. If you can't still understand what happened to them contact with the support.

Tokens don't just disappear like this. As you have been advised above, you should check the transaction history and sales history first of all. We are all human  and we are prone to make mistakes. Maybe you made some kind of a deal, where you chose the wrong token and sold your EOS yourself. Perhaps your account was compromised and someone got access to it and your tokens were brought out. Having checked the sales history and transaction history, you will exclude these options. Then you need to contact the support service in exchange, I think they will help to deal with the situation better than we.

I think it's not normal because I didn't get an announcement from Kucoin about that possibility, you can contact Kucoin support to get more precise information

yes and the ability of EOS Block to freeze addresses that make people skeptical of EOS decentralization

I have seen that if any problem of your coin in the exchange then there is no need to hesitate but there is a heavy risk to keep your coin in a private wallet for long time. Recently there are many Myetherwallet account has been hacked and I also not excluded of them. So, guys I think Exchanges are great compared to wallet because all the risks are borne by them.
