It'll survive as long as there are people who value it. We just need more people, renowned investors, billionaires backing it, and stores accepting it. If 50% of investors around the world are using cryptocurrencies, then; banks might consider, and it could no longer be called as speculative investment, IMO.

I really don't consider US dollar, banks, gold ,silver, debit/credit cards and others as enemies of btc and that is not the main objective why btc was developed. I would consider btc as an option for the people when doing their transactions as payment system and as a currency where people can make an investment to earn profit.

I think the only hurdle in the way of Bitcoin to the mainstream world is the banking system, in which billions of people believe right now and that is what makes them strong enough to stand in the way of Bitcoin which, in their comparison, is too new right now. Gold, silver or any other thing like that doesn't really seem to be any kind of a trouble for Bitcoin as they are nothing more than store of value and Bitcoin is way more superior than them in terms of usages.

I am afraid that it is impossible to take fiat currency or credit cards down. However, there is a chance that cryptocurrency can co-exist with US dollar, Euro, gold, silver, debit and credit cards and other fiat money. Bitcoin will survive its enemies to it's way on the top because enemies are very important to be in the continuous change and getting better with the passing time because then gave the real head to head competition to you to realize your weakness and become more better and powerful with the passing time so don't be scared of enemies.

BTC is the newest, which will eliminate all of world currencies, like the way paper currency elininated metal coins in the past, or cash in bank eliminated cash in hand at this time.

I agree your views, however bitcoin is decentralised and which is not in accessable form.Many firm's doesn't have knowledge of how to use bitcoin. If the firm's started using bitcoin the value will increase rapidly.

We cannot compare Fiat money and bitcoins equally because bitcoins are n-th time higher comparing to Fiat. We can compare them with stock market.

Which country you're from? In Asia, I don't see any businesses are accepting Bitcoin so we can only invest in bitcoin for profits.

Also, I don't think bitcoin can replace fiat so soon in any of the countries in the whole world. But it runs parallel with fiat currency so it can be currency as well as an investment product for long.

I do not agree with your assumption, US Dollar, Euro (world currencies), banks, gold, silver debit cards and credit cards are not enemies of bitcoin, bitcoin is one of the digital payment tools that can be used as an alternative among the things you mentioned before.
Although bitcoin has dominated in the future I think US dollars and euros will still be a big part of the economy in the world.

In my opinion, I believe bitcoin was not created to dominate the currency. I want to think that the developers made bitcoin to serve as a new and alternative means of transacting and investing. Even if bitcoin do really is competing with the all-time currencies, I believe it will take time or at most will not win against those currency and store with value. What bitcoin should focus and also the users right now is for bitcoin to be accepted and acknowledge worlwide.

By looking at the history of bitcoin, in the past enemies are already there to stop bitcoin and up until now big people are coming to the media and publishing it that tries to degrade bitcoin.
