I think there is a rejection of cryptocurrency because of the lack of understanding of crypto so that they don't agree with the purpose of cryptocurrency. In the future technology will be more advanced, and along with technological advancements will make the public will increasingly understand and understand the concept of cryptocurrency, and ultimately the public will be able to receive cryptocurrency.

This thing came up to my mind suddenly. As I know a currency is a transaction medium that majority of the people agree to use to exchange their items with them. If it is the case, if majority refused to use crypto currencies, what will be the consequences may occur ? And how it will affect to the ICOs ? Any Ideas?
This though is out of the question. Currently cryto are not used worldwide and even if the majority refuse to use crypto. They can't be denied the importance of blockchain technology and its benefits.

I think the point of no return has already been overcome. Cryptocurrency so powerfully entered the world community that its disappearance is impossible.

it will damage the balance i guess, which is not great already. but i don't think that thing will happen. why on earth would people want to refuse using crytpo in case they already started?

if majority are rejecting the ide aof crypto, the rest of the story are not even exist. you wont even heard anything about ICO, altcoins, blockchain and DEX, crypto trading. the list go on. public acceptance are really important in order for a innovation to work.
Well if they rejected it than it wouldn't have taken off like it did. For example right now we are looking at a 300 billion dollar marketcap total with almost 100+ coins that worth at least millions of dollars each. Which means the society accepted the cryptocurrency world and they are currently using it. However the wrong way they are using (normally it should have been a currency but it looks like it is commodity for now) it is still used.

If it was rejected than we wouldn't have moved beyond the ten thousand bitcoin pizza days, people would still be liking it, few people, some tech heavy people, more niche thing, maybe used less than eve online money probably but still there would be couple thousand at most. Those people probably still would send each other some bitcoins for other convinient stuff but there wouldn't have been anything further and probably %99 of the people who owned bitcoin wouldn't care about it.

I don't see a scenario where majority of people will refuse to use cryptocurrency because once they understand the concept they will surely change their mind. The only people who will refuse to implement it are those people who are working in the government and the banks.

The less intelligent people certainly refuse payment with the crypto, especially the knowledge of crypto is minimal, it is reasonable to refuse. So only the people who know the technology will receive the crypto. They learn to adapt to the times of development.

If the society rejected crypto, they will have very great reasons why to reject. Additionally, it means that cryptocurrency doesn't have any benefits. I think there will be no cryptocurrency if all society reject it. But in fact, it will not happen. Bigger society right now concerns with the crypto. many present new concept of crypto and many more society accept society. So, ignore it from your mind.

Just have a look at the majority of people using cryptocurrency, just a simple thought when a stuff is benefit for the users then for sure it will not be rejected at any cost. Most of them spreading rumours like it is unsecure, people use to say the same when the ATM transaction was introduced and how it goes now. The same way this crypto trading too will become popular.

for now, of course rejection will occur, because crypto is still very uncommon for the global community, especially in countries that prohibit it. but the community is now very familiar with digital technology and crypto will gradually be accepted and spread widely

When an utility token is refused to be used by people the product might not be fascinating to people or marketing of the utility token got it wrong, an attractive product with good marketing would be accepted by people.
It is a new technology it will take time before it will go mainstream, many people are yet to have contact with crypto, i don't believe crypto will be rejected.

Cryptography came confidently and for a long time. I am sure that there will not be such that everyone will refuse to use cryptocurrency. People see its benefits. Soon the crypto will be distributed.

Nothing will be affected. It is still rejected by society. Most persons take cryptocurrency is a way of money laundering and doing illegal activities. So, I don't think it will be a big deal. Anyway, why do you think like that?

With the way the industry is getting more popular, I don't think what you painted above will likely happen because the society has already shown interest in digital currency with all its benefits that it can provide enterprises and individuals.

I think eventually people will have no choice in the matter.

Cryto came about as a solution to a very big, world-wide problem.  A problem that affects every living human being on the planet.  Fiat fractional reserve currencies.  They will force fiat down our throats until we die if they can.

Think about the switch from brick and mortar to online sales.  In the early 90's hardly anyone purchased things online.  People were too afraid.  Now, nearly everyone has some kind of online purchasing experience.

We are in the early 90's, so to speak, in the crypto paradigm.

10 years from now, we will all look back at these times as wild and chaotic and have a good laugh for sure, as most of us will be financially retired at that point.

I agree that not all countries have developed and popular cryptocurrency, and I understand that not all countries need this. but I think the developed countries will on the contrary take cryptocurrency and actively use

The value of cryptocurrency lies in the fact that it is popular and in demand. If it does not, then its value will simply disappear. She will cease to walk and will again go back to where she came from — into the virtual world. However, this is unlikely to happen. People have already seen its advantages and therefore the cryptocurrency will only continue to develop in the future.

The acceptance is most important thing in cryptocurrency as a payment system. People will stack only those assets that they can trade to another. For example you use cash because you know that the owner of your favorite coffee shop will accept it as a payment, he knows that his providers will also do, and so on. Crypto was created by people to people. P2P. Without third parties. So I think it will always be accepted, even if it will not gain giddy success
And how it will affect to the ICOs ? Any Ideas?
Of course ICOs will be forgotten. Without acceptance of the industry everything will be forgotten. But in my opinion this will not happen in nearest future, I see cryptocurrencies as the perfect cash system among others existing

Give me at least 2-3 reasons why the world might refuse a fast, cheap and convenient means of payment and exchange? It might be only in the nearest future, but in total, they'll have a bright and long future!
