The society can't ignore cryptocurrency for long though many are still skeptical about it but it's just a matter of time as we have already started to see many great companies embracing blockchain technology and this will be a plus for mass adoption of cryptocurrency.

Though cryptocurrencies is highly acceptable by now but we may think also those areas where aren't have internet, equipment and even have money to used. They are absolutely nowhere about this and they'll just ignoring crypto.

I know few countries will but I think 60%-80% of the society will not reject the idea of using crypto. Remember that people are also skeptic about the smartphone, cars and even the internet. One of the greatest barricade to mainstream adoption of cryptocurrencies would be its price volatility. The more that prices go ups and downs the more people will keep out away from using the coins for everyday transactions. However, I still strongly believe its potential mass adoption and growth. It's about educating oneself and being aware of its true nature and not get discouraged, take a look at the opportunities it offers. I think it can't be like that. some of the governments in the world have adopted the blockchain technology, of course governments from other countries can see the benefits of using this chain. this technology continues to grow, the refusal of one of the two countries I don't think will make the majority of users hesitate.

If people rejects cryptocurrency, its market value will be trash and you can't even think about it be still good, but the opposite will happen, it will be thrown to the state of oblivion.

They won't do this, believe me. What governments want is controlling of money transactions' history, from which they can get more taxes, as well as prevent potential money laundering activities from bad gangs. Over time (years, in my opinion), when blockchain technology and its products invaded deeper and deeper into human society and its operations, governments won't be able to ban all crypto, and things related to crypto. It is unrealistic ambitious objective for governments to do. In stead, they might move further than KYC requirements on exchanges.

Society wont reject the use of crypto currencies, but governments can and have flatout banned the use of it. Sooner or later it might go mainstream in society, but probably not in the next few years, maybe in 10 to 20 years.
