here is what happens if you make it cracked
someone logins as you and can ban people

There are plugins that can be made to prevent that very easily.

Steve, you realise that we managed to prevent that using the guest system on the original BitVegas, right?

The beta server is back online! Connect at btcvegas.fluctis.com:25809

All servers are temporary right now, we just switched to fix some errors. The texture pack is downloadable at https://www.dropbox.com/s/sf7vkd819aeweo6/BTCV.zip - we will make the download automatic ASAP.

New update.

We are now looking for a Java developer. The level of knowledge in Java which is required should not be that high, as it will only require knowledge of Bukkit and random number generation along with commands and sign commands/manipulation. A bit of MySQL knowledge may also be required but this is unlikely. Please add me on Skype to negotiate, you will receive a percentage of rake from BTCVegas up to a cap once we launch. My Skype username is HardMyDisk.

Passing on the project to other people. I've been getting a lot of crap about my ability to run this project so I've decided to take what we've done so far and give it to one of my team members to continue running. It's been a fun ride, thanks to all those who have been interested - once I finish passing on the project whoever takes hold will make a new thread.

Officially transferred to TheUntitled, he is now in charge of the project and this is where my affiliation with the project ends permanently.
