IMO, hold Token at the present time is not recommended due to the exchange rate of ICO Token always decrease after distribution. Therefore, you should only hold cryptos in the top market such as BTC and ETH, and ICO tokens should be sold as soon as possible before the exchange rate drops rapidly.

Your hodling method is quite fascinating, I must say.  Well my hodling methods is  funny,  I don't bother checking my wallet for me not to be tempted to think of selling. I check the market and keep myself updated though also if need be that I check my wallet I make use of explorer to check. There is also this telegram Eth explorer I use that notify me whenever there is a new transaction In my wallet, also give me price updates and where the token is trading.

You should learn more about trading on tradingview.com , there you can see many analysis from crypto expert and you can learn from there before you enter a market
And also you have to just hodl your coin if you are newbie at trading

you do a good job of holding your tokens and I see that you have a chance to make another profit by doing buying and selling the tokens. the most important that I need to bold here is you don't have to be greedy when you can see a profit and just take your profit before it's too late and you never sell your tokens/coins. you never know what will happen in the next hours and you should take the best time to buy and sell so you can always make the profit. don't be sad if your profit is not too big because if you can trade over and over and always take the profit.

Yes, this is the classical strategy to sell high and buy low. Even if it's important to be careful not to make mistakes, because is not so easy to predict the market

i think it is always easier to say than done. when i come monitor my holdings i always taken by my greed to set higher to the point that i will loss  my paper gain. what about eloncity? why you are segueing it?

well that is true but how we practice it is the problem, but some time i do sell too but after i see i will regret why i sold it out. since you have giving me the steps on how to trade and monitor my coin i think i will apply this principles it will really be of help to me.

i do hold tokens in between 5-6 months. to know better if they have a great plan in the future. after that i do selling for a good profit.. if not.. im just buy it again and hold for a better.

to reduce the harmful effects of greed, u can sell parts of ur holdings at a bargain price.
