Didn't Doge save this team, and not 1 mention of it?

I smell an agenda from a high authority blocking promotion of DOGE or digital currencies for that matter

I'm not a big fan of DOGE coin, but there are bigger problems with this:

It's not really just a slap to DOGE, it's a backlash for all digital currencies. What if bitcoin supported this team? I'm sure they wouldn't have mentioned that either.

I think that's the real issue here

Doge was part of it, not the biggest raiser I believe.
Could've mentioned it at least though. :/

Dudes, be real. For the Olympics athletes are totally coached on exactly what to say. Nothing is allowed to be endorsed, except the official sponsors of course.

It's the independent presses that could mentioned doge, but it's all about twitter now anyway I hear.

I highly doubt they even know what dogecoin is. Probably not great chances that they're familiar with bitcoin

Thats a good point, i seem to remember hearing stories of people being made to change their tops at the London Olympics because they had logos from competing sponsors visible (how many people are looking at the crowds clothes anyway?)   (didn't a load of good looking ladies also get escorted from an event aswell because they were all dressed in some bright orange clothing to advertise some dutch product? hmm my memory seems to be getting worse!)

the other thing to consider was the news of bitcoin being made illegal in russia yesterday,(weather its true or not)  I assume the coaches would of made a very strong point of thanking russia for having them and avoid anything that may cause controversy for Jamacia (they are public ambassadors for a tiny nation dont forget ;-) Im sure we all remember the commissioner from the film being rather worried about Jamacia being shown up :-) I assume its going to be fairly similar again.

(I was really hoping to see Doge on the front of their bobsled though, that would of been quite funny!)

I would love to see the dogecoin logo on a Nascar or on a Formula One car Smiley
