After the incident with #SYS, Binance made the following moves to alert, and compensate customers
- Rollback of suspicious orders
- If you were affected during trade #SYS last night, the Binance will give you free trade from 05/07/2018 - 14/07/2018 (1 week), to receive this benefit. Open Tickey to Binance
- For all other users in Binance, 70% trade fee will be refunded from 05/07/2018 - 14/07/2018. Refunds will be paid in BNB at the closing price on 14/07/2018
- Binance will create a fund called Secure Asset Fund for Users. As of July 14, 2018, 10% of Binance's total transaction fees will be included in this fund for bad credit, which will be deposited in the cold counter.

This is absolutely amazing.
They are striving hard to become the one and only crypto exchange. Sys coin manipulation by hackers is definately a bad job but it should be prevented in the future. Atleast they are accepting their mistake.

that is really a good thing from binance. a secure asset fund for users should set up any exchange. so far most exchanges have pushed their losses on the customers, when a hack or so occur. this could be prevented. for me, this action is a super good from binance.

As the major exchange site i'm glad to see that, that means of binance has been taking full responsibility to this case. I guess there will be so many people will try to think about that.
Binance has been successfully to defend its credibility. I guess syscoin team must try to do more effort to search the problem.

As usual, Binance confirms to be a very professional exchange that takes really seriously its users.....I don't think that other exchanges would have done something like this in a similar situation.

In my own opinion, Binance should cooperate with Hydrogen Platform, it helps the website to be more secure, also added security for the users too. Before, there was much less competition, there were hardly a couple of exchanges, now the competition is much higher, not only because of the large number of exchanges that exist now, but also because other exchange models are emerging, such as decentralized and hybrid ones. To this we must add that now they are being more controlled by the regulators and users themselves are more demanding.
