So, I don't know much about mining, but I do know that my 21.5" iMac has the capability to GPU mine-

(the $1200 one)

Is it worth it to GPU/CPU mine on it? Also, will I see a spike in my electricity bill because of it?
I'm mining using mining.bitcoin.cz

the 1200 dollar model has a 6750..  i think that gets you about a 1/10 of a btc per day

the 2000 dollar modal has a 6970..   that will get you about .25 btc per day

I advise against mining on an imac due to thermal stress concerns.

+1 to that, Macs built to be a fashion statement, not a mining rig.

Short answer, you can mine on anything including at ti calculator if you feel so inclined.
Long answer, mining is generally best on desktops with radeon 5xxx and higher graphics cards, nvidia graphics although functional is generally too energy inefficent and mobile/AIO computers are generally advised against due to thermal stress
