This is really a good news to be coming at this needed time when India is working on the opposite side of things. Yes, I absolutely agree with you. The new President of Uzbekistan really wants to develop the country, and his promises are not empty words. It is developing the tourism industry, oil production, gold, fossil materials... can list a lot.
