Hi all,
There are only a few unique available names in the bitcoin world.
I have one that is a unique mix of Paypal and Bitcoin
It is called PayBitcoinPal.com - PayBitcoinPal.com
The website has receive several big orders which i have always refunded because i have no inventory.
This is an AUTHORITY Bitcoin domain name.
It is currently set up to sell Bitcoins privately held
but the original idea was to create a Payment gateway
of recent i was thinking this will be a great site for casino spinning wheel.
I am selling because it needs someone that is really into Bitcoin to run it.

Or are you selling because you discovered PayPal will simply reverse the transactions and then you're out of your BitCoin? |

No, that could be the case but i have never processed an order even though i have had several purchase
I always refund because i don't have Bitcoins to sell.#
I only created this to see if it will work and it does.
With the domain been an authority name, the sight can be made into someting else regarding BItcoin

this could work out but I meen you will get so much fraud and loose merchants you need to verify clients...

what trademark You're name is too close to PayPal. If PayPal wants, their lawyers could force a name change in a heartbeat. |

Trademarks cover the trademarked name, and any similar names. And regardless of whether you're right or wrong, it's going to cost someone a fortune in legal fees trying to fight PayPal's lawyers and prove that PayBitcoinPal is unique. |

Seriously, even if Paypal's lawyers somehow failed to eat you and your little dog for breakfast if you ever tried to launch a service called PayBitcoinPal, that's a terrible name for a company.

I have been running domains for 10 years.
I just see unessary fear.
There are thousands of word play on domains and except you are hurting them they will not come after you.
For your information i have received several Bitcoin Payment via this website paid using Paypal
If i dont get a buyer i will turn it into a Bitcoin news site or some kind of game, selling because i have other things to do.
