That's just a template they used from another pool.  Once a block is found, it will sync with the network.

There's something wrong with that subsidy formula.

Block 000020: reward = 1000
Block 105119: reward = 1.5
Block 105120: reward = 0.0
Block 105121: reward = 0.000045
Block 105122: reward = 0.000085
Block 106000: reward = 0.020259
Block 200000: reward = 1.367829
Block 210239: reward = 1.499987
Block 210240: reward = 1.5
Block 300000: reward = 2.614358
Block 900000: reward = 9.265009

(My value for Block 105120 assumes 'between' does not mean 'including', otherwise it is 1.5)
