I signed up the other day, transferred some btc in, everything was fine.   Transferred more in, I was getting scared, two days and nothing, just checked, everything is in there now without having to send an email to check, but it was weird was not showing on the site for a couple of days.    I hope this exchange gets more activity, good luck.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Sorry about the delay, been really busy lately trying to implement some of our new features. EUR deposits/withdraws and our API should be up within the next week or two.

Apparently it cannot with protected registration, sorry about that, hope it isn't a problem. Like I said if you have any more questions about my information, please ask.

I hate to disagree, but the domain privacy can truly be turned off.

No, you're right, but if I did that, it removes the certified domain status.

You're pissing me off! What does it take to rattle you?

Seriously, I love how you are handling all the tough questions.

I don't see the Godaddy Certified Seal on your site. Did I overlook it? I did see it at WhoIs.

I also noticed that the site is not SSL certified. Will I see that if I were to sign up?

Thank you, in advance. Keep up the professionalism. But remember: If you prove otherwise, I'll be armed with a giant pineapple.

Everything besides the main page is SSL secured. All passwords are encrypted in the database, with 256 Bit encryption.

Also with the certified domain status didn't really think to paste it on the page. I'll get around to it in the next few days.

Thanks for your interest, Vince

Glad to hear it, though it should only take a minute or two to do.

BTW, did you see the news today? Steve Jobs passed away, Palin's not running for president, Knox is back home in Seattle, and something about Bitcoin7.

Thought about adding other cryptocurrencies to your exchange?  Currently there's only 1 tenebrix exchange and it's doing at least 500btc/day in volume.

For now our focus is on Bitcoins. But if a leading alternate cryptocurrency ever shows up, then we might consider adding it.

Our Office

We have a small office rented out of the thirteenth floor to base our exchange out of. If you ever need to send us any mail, for any reason. Please include my name (Vince Torres). And if possible send me an email at Admin@Trade-btc.com, so I know it's on the way.

10100 Santa Monica Blvd 13th floor
Los Angeles, CA
90067-4114 STE 1300

Upon reading the above quote in red, I registered it as a red flag in my mind. To me, the request is pointless for if I owned an exchange and had an office where all my mail is going to come to anyway, why would I need to be notified via an email to be on the lookout for a certain piece of mail. This would only add to my workload--check emails to see if any USPS/UPS/FedEx/ect. mail/parcels are in route to my 13th floor office.

Unless...

Alan Kornfeld http://www.pszjlaw.com/attorneys-28.html has a son named Bram, who is about 20 years old, and is listed as:

Quote
Bram Kornfeld

Bram is an accountant at a large bank here in Los Angeles. He is our exchanges main legal personnel, and makes sure the exchange complies with all regulations. He is also working on expansion into different currencies and languages, so stay tuned for more information.

I now offer up that MORE INFORMATION. 20 years old; acc. at major bank; legal personnel so thereby should have a law degree of sorts; and owns this: (note address)

At this point, I want to offer up my apology to Trade-BTC.com, for this is not an attack on you or your company. I'm pretty sure you knew that hard questions will be posed when you entered this venture. They probably will become even tougher in light of B7's demised.

I have not researched any of the other names on your list--yet. I picked Bram at random (this is a fact) and discovered the above info. Please bring to my (and our) attention any errors. I, as well as others I'm sure, will be digging deeper into the other names.

Once again, this is not an attack on you or your company. I hope others here see it the same way. But I do desire others here to aid me in discovering whom (damn it! is it who?) we are truly dealing with here.

Thank you, Vince.

Please don't tell me that I made a mistake and that Bram is not 20 years old but is only in 10th grade: http://www.bhcourier.com/downloads/061209FIssue.pdf

Here's my guess. Alan is pretending to be his son, Bram. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

On that graduation photo there is also a "Alexander Nora" and "Vanessa Torres" seems like too much of a coincidence with the names on the about us. It's great being young and entrepreneurial but why not just be up from about it?

Flip theory, the kid is the one doing all this.   Bram uses his dad's name where it might seem necessary to have an adult or some shit, except maybe not doing it as wisely as he thought.   Bitcoinica came from someone just 17, right?

I'm just shooting out quick thoughts, looking at more of this 'evidence' now. ..  I mean, this is one of the few exchanges I use, I guess I should be more on top of this one lol

Worth noting some of Trade-BTC's amusing past here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=26783.msg336588, I forget if it was under a different user name.
