Seems like the person/company came back with a good cause. I looked at his trust page and figured out in the past he lost money in a business he started - may be for mismanagement or something. A lot of member trusted him with their money so they lost the money too. Now he came back to return a possible percentage back to the members who lost the money in his business.

I am keeping my eyes from the day one since he posted the topic. Let's hope he keeps his words. If he does then this is will be a good example for the community.
