Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

There was when bitcoin was starting out. Think there was at least one giving out whole bitcoins at one point.

True. But some people get addicted to those faucets, even though they realized they can only get dusts. Smiley

I have to say most faucet sites give such little BTC they just can't be worth anyone's time.  Freebitco.in is a good one, other than that you're better off using faucets from gambling sites or doing a sig campaign to get btc.

You can also use the rotator. All faucets on there pay (most through microwallet or another service).

I must say,

I am new to the Bitcoin scene, and totally dependent on faucet income, to get me going, while I explore the other stuff.

I did a test last week on Freebitco.in and clicked +/- 10 times a day on the free roll.

Income received was +/- 30 000 satoshis for just that faucet.

So for starters, that would not be bad.

And I must say, they pay on time.

Enjoy.

You can usually earn more by doing altcoin faucets. A month or so ago you could get 20-50 Doge per faucet claim (every hour) which would be 2-5k satoshi per hour from a single faucet.

When u start off with www.CoinLearn.org, they also give u around 2500+ in an hour. Earning reduces with time, just like freebitco.in. But, CoinLearn.org's referral payment is way better than freebitco.in

You can earn them a lot faster with my rotator, as 2500 is just 25 uBTC. It takes about 1.5 minutes to clear through all ~40 of my faucets and rewards at least 2x what CoinLearn does.
