This is just ignorant, you don't have any idea what you are talking about. I work for an established OTC desk, we work alongside Cumberland and Circle. We even use the same lawyer for escrow.
Please don't bring other legitimate people down with you. It's ironic that you are posting "scam" on this post when your posts have been taken down for being scams.
If you would take the time to understand or ask any questions about the process instead of just writing that it's a scam maybe you wouldn't look so ignorant right now.
