put it all on psu one, undervolt as you probably undercalculated power usage.
Just add card after card. Check rail levels with multimeter

I put all on PSU one. But even one card doesnt start if connected to MB, I think we need to start debugging from here as this is the very base of everything.
How to check rails? Where to put multimeter ?
