Was your other wallet encrypted? Maybe you had a keylogger.

Was the 2FA on your LocalBitcoins account? Or on the wallet you withdrew to? What type of wallet was the 1bWyMKfhx4soXFyy8p2QLqKSp87SHxSe4 address in, and when was it generated? And looks like the transactions are a couple of weeks apart, but are you using a rooted phone at all?

That's true, if you used a rooted android phone, there's a possibility your password may have been hacked.

What wallet are you using? What does the wallet say? If you don't understand how your wallet works, looking at the transactions on Blockchain.info can confuse you. For example, if the wallet that you transferred to is a hosted wallet such as localbitcoins or coinbase, then what you saw is completely normal.
