Sometimes it's okay to be lazy but we need to act when we should otherwise once time passes never comes back! Breaking down the main task down into smaller bits, and assigning a deadline for each, will bring them closer to the time horizon, and gives you a sense of urgency that motivates you to complete it.A good way to keep yourself to a time constraint is to schedule something else right after the deadline you set for it.

Life is to short... And i am to lazy.. Makes my life even shorter.. No money and a job.. Still struggle with this lazy problem...

Set a goal in your life. Something that you really dream of. Then write it down or get a thing that will symbolize it. Everytime you will feel lazy look at that thing to remember why are you working hard.

To stop being lazy.
Simply have a well planned schedule for your day and discipline yourself towards achieving most of the items on your schedule.
If you fail at it ones,  try it again the next day...
With each day record your progress and you will be better than lazy

you get lazy when;
-your body is lazy,
-your spirit is lazy,
-your intellect is lazy,
-you dont like what you're doing,

in all essence; engage yourself in morning excercises, meditations, active reading, psyche yourself into loving what you're doing or quit it for another activity;

Do it for like 2 months to make them a habit.
before that two months elapses, you'll see yourself singing a new tune.

How to stop being lazy? Simple. Do not procrastinate. If you can do it in 5 minutes, do not wait for later. Do it now. Find a motivation to do things. Set a goal. A quota. And do not forget to reward yourself afterwards (maybe by eating or drinking out or escaping into VR and playing your favorite game or something). Have something to look forward to.

stay away from bed, make a list of your chores and get them done serially.  remaining active is the only way.
