A friend wants to invest several 10's of thousands of €€€ in BTC.
What would be the most efficient way to do so ? Are conventional exchanges avoidable ?

You can try something like Qvolta, Bisq or Localbitcoins, some of them require kyc verification, some not, but it's reliable resources.
