Hello, this is my first post so go easy on me.

I am currently running two 280x cards. The ASUS one would be (ASUS R9280X-DC2T-3GD5 Radeon R9 280X) and the GIGABYTE one would be (GIGABYTE GV-R928XOC-3GD Radeon R9 280X).
Also in this PC is a QX9770 processor, 1000W PSU and ASUS P5Q Turbo motherboard and some 8 gigs of RAM.

Essentially I've tried everything from voltage to mad overclocking\downclocking and many many combinations of the cgminer .bat settings.
This is what ive been getting::

This is the ASUS card on its own.

These are the settings I've been using for it.

http://puu.sh/6SE0R.jpg

And results.

This is the GIGABYTE one on its own.

http://puu.sh/6SE25.jpg

And results.

http://puu.sh/6SE1F.jpg

And this is the two running together using the ASUS .bat file because thats the fastest I've gotten it. (Currently running at this)

http://puu.sh/6SDZ5.jpg

It shows its running at 1.2Mh/s but that's the fastest I've ever seen it, It usually goes at 1.1 or even 1.05.
I only started mining yesterday so I'm not rich in any way, but I offer 2500 Doge Coins to anyone that can help me sort this out and get 700+ on both cards. I just want to figure this out!

Thank you, Izzy.

I have 2 4 card rigs running the Asus card you have.  Give these settings a try

--thread-concurrency 8192 --lookup-gap 0 --gpu-engine 1100 --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-powertune -20 -I 13 -g 2 --auto-fan --gpu-fan 30-70 --temp-cutoff 90 --temp-overheat 85 --temp-target 72

It gives me a very stable 760 kh/s.

Hope that helps Smiley

Edit: for you gigabyte card, try a TC of 11200 and a powertune of 0

My Gigabyte 280x settings are:

-I 13 -g 2 --lookup-gap 2 --gpu-engine 1100 --gpu-memclock 1500 --thread-concurrency 8193

With those I am able to pull up to 770 kh/s with little rejects and no HW

The engine clock can go anywhere from 1060-1090 and you should get around 750 give or take a few, you can also try lowering the memory clock to 1499.

Another thing to tweak is the thread concurrency, for the Gigabyte cards I have found that 8192 +-1 gives the best results.

Hope this helps.

If your gigabyte has a F60 bios, it has elpida ram. Download the stilts modified F60 bios from the litecoin forums, and flash that.

If you have the F70 bios, you have Hynix ram. No need to flash anything.

Either way, they use similar settings. Do not use 14.1. Use the 13.12 drivers. Use sgminer 4.1.0. Use the zuikkis kernel in sgminer. TC 8193, lg 2, w 256, I 13, fan 80%, mem 1500, and core starting at 1050.

Increase the core by 5 MHz at a time until your hashrate drops. On stock F60, this is somewhere between 1040-1050. On modified F60, this is increased to 1065-1080. On the F70 bios, were upwards of 1110-1130.

Hashrates of ~725, ~755, and ~785 respectively.
