indeed altcoin is superior in quality, but in view of the market value of bitcoin and altcoin, bitcoin is still the best, bitcoin prices remain above altcoin and its popularity, for now, is growing. and see in the future the possibility that it could happen that altcoin is able to compete with bitcoin. |

for some years now may not be but for the next few years it may be possible to see many altcoins that are trying to be developed in order to be accepted into a transaction tool that can be accepted by the world community and do not demand the possibility BTC will be displaced by itself

Not ever. Bitcoin will always be The Alpha Coin. Most people heard or read bitcoin first before cryptocurrency. New investors who don’t want to be too technical want only bitcoin and don’t care about the “others”.  |

If we look at the real thing we can see that Bitcoin is still in the top spot but its distance from the coin is steadily narrowing because the positive moves come from the new coin. . Bitcoin can lose on technology but its reliability is very high so it is hard to beat |

we all know that right now there are many coins that have more good function than bitcoin like the fastest confirmation, more secure, more stable and anything else, if you ask about another coin will beat bitcoin in the future, I think it will happen if that coin is more popular than bitcoin.

bitcoin can not be defeated by another coin, bitcoin will rule the future and control every global transaction.
the bitcoin inventory will run out, and that is the best time to turn down the bitcoin position, maybe Ripple or ETH is a coin can replace bitcoin position.

Each and every coin has its own philosophy and thus, every coin came up with the solution for the different problem. Bitcoin to reduce the transaction cost and time especially on the international level, similarly, other coins deal with different issues. So I don't think that any coin will replace Bitcoin at least in the near future because it has grown with an exponential rate since inception. However, any other coin might come up with an equivalent or more user base, utility value, market price & transaction volume can replace Bitcoin but I don't see any other coin having that potential at least at this point.

tehcnology wise lots of coins are better for transactions...but btc has the benefit of being the first and i think will used as a storage coin..

Maybe alt coins can beat bitcoin in the future but it depends on how the project and its team do it because we all know that bitcoin is what we called King in cryptocurrency so it really hard to beat it easily. We don't know what will happen to crypto in the future but I hope that it will be very good.

It is hard to match or surpass bitcoin at this time because majority of the altcoins are following its price movements or still being influence by its prjce. To beat the leading cryptocurrency, the coin should grow independently and can not easily drag by the falling prices of bitcoin. We might only see this kind of virtual currency in the future.

Bitcoin like its parent coins and altcoin is the result of any Bitcoin, sophisticated technology altcoin will not be able to resist Bitcoin.
No one can beat Bitcoin, though hearing Ethereum Could replace Bitcoin in the future, but I think that's very difficult.

It is very imposible that altcoins can overtake bitcoin in the future. Even though you say that it is more faster to rise altcoin that bitcoin it can't beat the price of bitcoin even though it dip too much but when times come that it will rise it could jump to $7k + just a day. |
