I can spin up virtually any size VPS with Ubuntu or Window server. These are hosted on Windows Azure, one of the most stable and reliable infrastructures out there. Virtually 100% up-time.  With this deal you get the VPS and login details only. No control panels are provided unless you install your own. All common ports will be open and additional ports can be open by a simple email.

In another thread I've already verified my Microsoft Partnership and I've sold a handful of Microsoft keys. If you need multiple servers that's ok to. I can even setup load balancing between multiple VPS across the world. Can spin these up in East/West US, Asia and Eu.

Can go up to 8 cores with 56GB Ram on each VPS. Each VPS is .8 per year.
