Heard back from the devs...they are open to implementing KGW into this coin to address the possible difficulty issues ahead of time  I'm sure it will get worked out before it becomes an issue |

There are two pools listed with a total mhash of 220. Net hash of 440 mhash... are there really that many still solo mining? or is there more pools I haven't found

Remember: Starting blocks (7200 blocks over 15 days) = 5 units per block.
Block 7200 - 438000 = 2 units per block (halves once)
Block 438000 - 876000 = 1 unit per block
We still have roughly half the starting blocks remaining, so there's still time to jump in and get a good share |

NO PREMINE 7 days premine. No, the blocks are being found many times faster than they should be. I'm 99% certain those blocks have been mined since launch. Edit: Yeah after checking, those "3 min blocks" are currently dropping at 1 min 11 sec...and they are slower now than they have been. |

well i don't think we have 15 days @ 5
with how fast the blocks are moving id say 10 days to mine the easy coins,
after that ... than its not so easy @ higher diff and @ 2!
on a good note that means the price "should" increase 60% when reward goes from 5 to 2

Agree...if the difficulty retargeted more often, we'd probably already have a hard time mining by now and the coins wouldn't come as easy

The quickmathinator says ~60 hours until 7200. Assuming the current ~70 sec block times, but obviously that is going to vary a bit.

More people should know about this before the block reward drops. |
