I am selling this for my wife.
Its a original, and has 4G LTE speeds where available.
I have updated the phone to the latest 4.3 Pre-Kit Kat software. The reason why I call it Pre-Kit Kat is because the UI looks like somewhat Kit Kat? I will post some pictures of the UI soon to show you what I mean.
The phone has that stupid game Flappy Bird, Just if you are interested, Will be more than glad to delete if you don't want it
I can root the phone and install a custom Kit Kat ROM on it called CyanogenMod 11, Google it if you dont know what I mean.
The back plate of the phone has some scuffs and scratches due to laying it down. I guess if you wan to buy a new one to make it near mint, They are $5 on Amazon for your reference. The screen has some very light scratches, very well taken care of, I have a polkadot case with it, and a White premium one that's coming being delivered tomorrow. Although that may be girly for you since most of BitcoinTalk members users are males. SO, I will leave that out, unless you want it.
I already have a new screen protector on it so it wont have any further scratches.
Phone does need a activated SIM card with Cricket.
