Nothing you could do except to contact their support: How do I open a support ticket? What information should I include?

They're known for their turtle-like support so brace yourself. On top of that, it should be hectic there like a lot than usual since verifications for legacy accounts are now enforced. I suggest following that guideline though, giving all necessary info should help.

You're not on the right thread. This should be on Exchanges. There's a move topic option in your bottom left.

That's the problem of poloniex alone, I've seen cases like this before and you just have to message them in order to address and solve your complain.

do u activate your 2fa authenticator
This has nothing to do with security.

But it is not safest fir now,you can go to scam accusation thread and wehre you can see lot of accusation against them.So I dont trust them anymore if you still then be ready fir everything. And if you have balance in Poloniex then try to withdraw them you also may get problems.

Poloniex will respond very quickly to investor feedback so if you have any questions regarding their services, please send them to us. Poloniex, though, is not as strong as it used to be, but it is still a very reputable exchange on the market.

There has been a lot of changes before I've been using it but I stopped for a very long time.

@megatalker do you have any update on what's the matter on this case? have they ever fixed your issue?

Poloniex never respond quickly because some time ago I have one issue with them and they replied me after nearly 8 weeks which is ridiculous they are very poor in support just because of their very poor service I lost my 2 ethers which never recover

Aside from deposits, there are withdrawals that will sometimes have the "complete:error" problem and will have your coins trapped in the exchange for weeks. Some complainants have said they waited up to more than 2 weeks before customer support could accommodate them. Unprofessional. Use Bittrex.

Such problem of transaction issue is usually resolved by the support. So you can do a mail to poloniex customer support with details, it is likely to be resolved.
