Where to download catalyst 13.6 beta CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE!

I am reading that this is the best for scrypt on windows 8 with a 7850 and i cant find it ANYWHERE, all the sites link to the amd site which doesnt have it!

Where did you hear that the 13.6 beta drivers were the best for mining? For 7xxx cards, the 13.4 were very decent. I'd try those first.
