BTC-E and some others have closed withdrawal, what is happrning?

Probably related to the issue of tx malleability (not really a new problem).

What do you think is going to happen next?

Many exchanges went down due to an attack so they closed as a security prevention.

Well, it's part of the way it works I guess - with so many pros you get some cons inevitably.

for many exchanges the only thing they can do to keep the security prevention is to go down after an attack
