So many VISA related crypto payment cards out there.

There's no "best", not at all. And the comparison is very difficult. Let's see.. * Monaco seems to be the first to deliver the cards. But that's all. I don't see clear list of fees, limits and rewards and I don't know what exchange rates will use. * Minex will deliver very soon too. They do have the list of fees, but Bitcoin has even a "replenish fee" when Minex Coin doesn't, but you may lose more at the exchange if you use MNX. Hard to tell.. * TenX has wonderful promises, but no card for now. As I said, hard to compare with no data...

Yes without data it will be difficult to clear up the trading structure and volumes of these cards.
Which countries has Monaco sent its cards to?

I didn't find any info on this on their site. From what I understood, in the countries the card doesn't work you should not be able to install their app.

Monaco seems a failed project because its team is useless. About other card does anyone have any information?

These are too different ones at all. It is hard to compare them because each of them has it own main advantage as other members have mentioned.

If you know at least one crypto project with working card please let me know. I know only one company that had working call but it is centralised - epayments. But they had to freeze the issue of new cards a while ago. Waiting for the resumming it again.

Kris Marszalek is CEO of Monaco Card but once the CEO of Ensogo. A simple search engine will show you why he was forced to resign from it. Anything with his fingers on it does not warrant me either investing in it or using it as a product. https://steemit.com/monaco/@montehansen/beware-of-monaco-visa-ico-s-managementhttps://www.facebook.com/EnsogoPH/" Turns out the CEO of Monaco, Kris Marszalek, and 2 of his other senior executives held similar positions in a the company Ensogo. This company was forced to shut it doors middle of last year (2016), and suspended by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). They are being investigated for fraud and there are many looking to collect"

It is very difficult to get a full-scale support from the Visa or MasterCard. The reason is their non-hedging to use coins as a means of calculation or conversion. I would, if I were in your place, pay attention to projects like Pundi X, where a terminal will be created that will be used together with Visa and MasterCard, but also use crypto currency.

Yes, agree that PundiX have better prospects for success to and i can recommend to look for FuzeX with their digital assets with one Smart & Secure e-Card Solution.

This really depends on what you are interested in.
Are you interested in using those cards yourself? Then that's easy, find the one that has cards for your jurisdiction. That means basically, NONE of them! Unless you are singaporean. There are promises to roll them out in Europe in some fantasy future but don't hold your breath. And if you're american, haha, just give up. Also, why would you want to pay microtransactions in bitcoin? It's way too volatile.
If you are interested in investment. Historically, TenX has done the best. But all of the crypto debit cards companies have proven to be terrible investments in the mid to long term. With regulations getting more difficult, I don't see it getting any better.
So basically, stay away from these companies.

Pundi was creating a payment system to be used by the merchants to adopt the cryptocurrency and it looks a bit different than all of card projects. OP, i have ordered a tenx pay card but this almost a half of year and i still not yet get my card to be delivered. It looks like none of them have released the card

STK (Stack) has a 5 year agreement with Mastercard and is sending out cards as we speak. THey are starting in Canada and moving to USA at the end of the year. No klunky machine sending like Pundi X. I feel like you guys are looking at the hype coins and missing the coins with the actual agreement with the big boys.

Monaco is on the cusp of a GLOBAL card rollout, fully approved by VISA. There are already 50,000+ approved card sign-ups with no marketing - think about that. Also, TenX just had their cards shutdown by VISA due to non-compliance - look up Wavecrest issue. Furthermore, Monaco offers better exchange rates, significantly higher cashback and a premium metal card. Monaco don't charge any fees: no one-off or monthly fees, no annual fees, no delivery fees.
