You can post on any language. But if you want to post on any local board then you have to know the language as you are not allowed to translate from any automate software.

So if main boards are only allowed to post in English, then posters in all other languages are considered as secondary which is not allowed.

Is not allowed, Vphasitha01, that's why I think the OP was asking that.
If you open a thread in a local, then you need to use this local's language; if you post in here, then you should be able to communicate in English, something the user is also doing wrong.
The mods from the local usually lock or erase another language's posts created on their boards, the user, in this case, just need to use the report to moderator button in his local board.

Spending your time to learn English, improve your English skills.
It's always better if you can post in global, serrious boards, not local boards.
Some important information released first in serious boards, hence you might be late or miss great chance if you can not get information by yourself comprehensively.
Of course, you can join which boards/ local boards you want. You can stay at your favorite local boards as your preferences, but I strongly suggest to spend more time to join serious ones.

If English is not your primary language or you dont have a good grip on which is decent enough to make comprehensible posts then you should refrain from posting in the English boards and rather stick to your local boards. We have so many languages in the Local section and I hope you can find a new home there.

what seoincorporation meant was that you are using a translator to read these posts and thus the decreased quality of posts that you make. I suggest you to stay on your Local boards like I said above.

My suggestion to OP is to utilize Jet Cash's site for practice, and I would encourage him not to practice here.  I had to read his post here twice and still don't quite understand what he means.  His English is not good, and people tend to learn who the garbage English posters are and either put them on ignore or just skip right over their posts

Most people here don't write posts full of interesting things, and if you add an incoherent writing style on top of that, it's not going to work out well.

Knowing the language and the culture of the community you want to post in is a must in my eyes. And most users will agree that people look at you differently if you are not capable of expressing yourself in the right way. They will not take you seriously since you are not respecting their language and might consider you to be a joke. This is not meant for you - the OP, it is just a general thought.

My primary language is not English but I have a good knowledge of it. I understand German just fine and thought often about posting and being active in that local but I cant write and communicate the way I would like to in German. Therefore I am not going to offend the language by writing grammatically incorrect sentences and thoughts. Anyway that is just my opinion, I am sure other people wont see it that way.

Another example. I like all kinds of sports and it drives me mad when I hear that a commentator is not capable of pronouncing the names of players properly. I find that totally disrespectful towards that whole nation and its language. You are a sports journalist and you have a job because of those athletes you are covering - at least learn their names! Am I overreacting?

If someone wants to improve his language knowledges, there is a plenty of ways to do it and not the only one is about posting something on specialized crypto forum. You can find tons of options, from watching movies with subtitles to finding a pen pal, who will guid you. I just don`t get why is TS trying to hammer nails with microscope.

This ^^^ is part of the problem:  nuances of language get thrown in the trash when you don't know about them or how to use them.  Most of this post is pretty clear to me, but the bolded part isn't.  Are you being sarcastic?  Are you making a little joke?  How is reading a piece of shit post going to not work out well for me other than prompting me to slap my head in frustration? 

It's more likely to work out worse for you if I were to put you on ignore.  I give out merits like candy when I get them, and you don't want to alienate someone like me--that's not a brag; that's reality for people who are looking to rank up.

There is no prohibition in the rules on this, but I believe that local forums can and should establish a rule. The rule that exists is regarding the prohibition to use google translate.

most of your post is pretty clear to me but if you really loved to slap your faces having a conversation with me go on mate, the bolder line can't affect me in any way, i'm content to the rank of forum gave me, i'm not being sarcastic to brag some merit to give me a merit or two even if they're source of that said merit so to speak!

thank you so much being into my post recently, its good to know someone waiting for every thread and post i made your making my heart poignant though i'm so sorry if the quality of what your reading diminish over time i'm getting busier day to day for the past few weeks and i'm sorry for that.
