I was part of there bounty campaign and i followed the project. I also wanted to invest in the project, so i informed myself.
Here are the reasons why i think its a scam.

- All there social media accounts are new.
- They manage of the bounty campaign was really bad. Only one update and then abandon the campaign.
- A other user asked them why register entry and VAT ID on there homepage is not in the imprint and missing. They ignored this question twice. In germany this entrys are legally required.
- They have virtually no evidence that they are real.
- Token sale starts some days ago. Nobody bought this token.
- Around 5 days after the start of the token sale and nobody bought the token, one admin and team member (julia steiner) from the telegram channel change her name and picture and disappear.
- Today they locked the bounty and ann thread.
- No one response on telegram for days.

Yes, I can confirm that! ShareLock is another Scam ICO! The website is shut down now and the scammers took the money.

Scam ICOs are everywhere now, be aware!

Yup it's a poorly designed scam. Their ANN thread is locked now (surprise!). Quick look at it and I see their claiming to already be producing physical locks, which is something rather easy to prove or disprove.

The entire concept would be doomed to fail anyway.

I worked for this ICO, ShareLock as translator.  I starts to suspect them as scam, when they cannot able to produce their specific address and office.  Aside from not updating their spreadsheet weekly.  Waste of time and effort.
