A good 90% of your posts lately are just bounty reports. It's a lot of spam and doesn't really add anything to the forum. I don't understand your Russian posts, but I'm guessing there's probably not a lot of content there either. Correct me if I'm wrong though. If you did any copy-paste (plagiarism) that's most likely the reason.

Anyway, your ban looks like its permanent and you're not going to get a response to your email.

By the way, you're evading your ban by using this new account to post in places other than meta, so you're likely going to get banned with this account as well.

The emails never get answered. The appeal is supposed to be if you believe that it was banned in error. Apart from bounty applications, your other posts look to be on the Russian local board so maybe try contacting the moderator there.

What pugman says is true as well.
