I believe yes but it still depends on the situation of a certain country. Some countries might have different economic situations depending on the contribution of the people and the leadership of the government. However, as an ordinary member of the society, we are all aiming for a good economy.

A new economy could also focus more on the health of the environment. I do not think Economy will grow forever. There will be ups and downs in the economy evolution history. But maybe in the long term, it will always grow. But maybe for a few years, something happened and economy will go down. There can be tech bubbles or some kind of economy crisis. 

With the use of Bitcoin or any other valuable currency a country’s economy can reach to highest possible position but it have chances of irregular economy rate.
