Price should rise for several reasons.

1. Bounty hunters will run out of OOT
2. Two large investors bought about half the softcap and are long term holders.
3. Anybody that bought at .10 will be holding.
4. The only way to purchase now is on an exchange
5. More exchanges means more buyers.
6. We are currently in a bear market, when that ends everything will go up.

You are correct about the hype out there. Utrum is purposely underhyped. In fact, it came into existence because of all the false hype around cryptocurrency. Did you know many of the ICO sites are paid; the more you pay the higher ICO rating you get! Of course this goes for all the people on Youtube hyping tokens because they get paid, not because they believe in the project.

Utrum has all the aspects of Steem, Revain, and Cindicator combined, and then some.

I believe Utrum could become the go-to place for all cryptocurrency related activity because you can believe what you read.

Most coins are below their ICO price, I mean JET8 is below -90% its ICO price and almost becoming sawdust. Only rock solid projects with good fundamentals and use case will survive this bear season. What's happening to OOT isn't strange to the cryptoworld.

It's definitely wrong about that. If the utrum ico has gained a lot of attention from the investors or traders and it will be getting a huge daily trade volume. It's running on the unfamiliar platform like komodo and then people are not willing to buy that because they are thinking that's another shitcoin. It can be proved. How the majority of new icos in ethereum platform have gained million dollars daily trade volume.

After every ICO tokens lose on value because few reasons.
- bounty hunters are dumping their tokens.
- early investors are dumping their tokens + bonus tokens
- no one is really interested to buy token at ICO price and investors are looking to buy cheap coins.

That's a good point. That and the bear market had an impact. But I believe things will turn around for Utrum for three reasons.

1. Between now and the end of the year Komodo will no longer be "unfamiliar".

2. The Bear market may be over, though only time will verify this.

3. Utrum will have to earn its way into investor's portfolio, but because it's one of the few real projects out there, I think it will succeed in doing this.

Everyone who know about that project will hodl or try to multiply their deposit. Not all bounty hunters will sell for a penny. For example i will hodl, or maybe will trade, when big exchange will list it to multiply my depo.

Pain is just temporary quitting is regretful, so no need to worry if it sells half of the ICO price for it may not last that long and i believe that UTRUM has a good investment potentials for it has a unique project development and have a good backing of Komodo developer and all they have to do is to get a lot of attention since KOMODO platform is still undervalued but if we look further komodo's cross-chain platform is ahead of technology.
