There are a few discussions around the gambling sections about their odds, which apparently are among the highest. Of course this probably means they don't give much back in commissions. Actually I don't know what the numbers are, but imagine if you promote the best odds plus cashback. If you offer them, I would love to sign up a new account for sports, since I don't use nitro.
