The second in the BitSonata series:  This is "Space".
Space.BitSonata.com

The background ambience represents the hashrate (though they are not linked).
Stars are placed based on transaction velocity and size.  They are joined by Tibetan Singing Bowls.
A Tibetan Deep Chant signals a new block on the network.

I hope you enjoy this sequel to Rain.BitSonata.com.

More to come,
MooCoin

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

This is a good idea and it's a lot like Bitlisten but the problem is now that cryptocurrencies have become so big the transactions are slowing down my browser constantly and it can't keep up.

Sorry!  I can add a slider to control the number of stars generated per btc transacted.
If you run it in the background, you'll still hear the sound of the network but it pauses the star generation so your machine doesn't use CPU drawing stars you aren't looking at  Smiley
