Goodmorning,

I want to integrate Bitcoin in a shop in Europe (Austria). (So irl, its not going about an online shop.)
After 2 days of research, I still did not find some concrete information about how to do this, except this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gHz6GnbxYwQ going about MTGox, but after the bad stories about this, I don't want to use them.
I also got some problems with Bitstamp, difficulties with uploading proof of residence. After asking them why, I did not receive a reaction so I am thinking about using some smaller, more service oriented company.

But.. The most important is.. I have to install it today and want to know what I do need to get at least started.
Can I open a wallet and combine it later with a bank? Or does that give difficulties?

I expect not so much transfers with Bitcoin so it should not cost that much and be quite simpel..

Hope that anybody can help me!

Thanx a lot in forward. Smiley

Download the Blockchain.info Android app or the  Andreas Schildbach Android app for bitcoin wallets. Then, click the bar code for the customer to scan with his Android phone. Customer types in amount to be paid, and voila! You are paid.

Watch the following Youtube video and pay attention to 1:13 in the video.
http://youtu.be/rzKdW-au110

Blockchain.info is good because I can save my bitcoin address and secret code on paper in case I lose my Android wallet. Using the info saved on a piece of paper, I can revive my Android wallet from another new phone by accessing the info off the Bitcoin network with the secret codes on paper.

Andreas Schildbach's wallet is more user friendly but no paper wallet backup. You have to back up with more complicated means.

Hi Miragecash,

Thanx a lot for your help! I watched the video, great to see how the stuff in Berlin is going on as well.
Good that it's possible to put the wallet over to another device. I will go for Blockchain!

If anybody can tell me which (user friendly) bank to use that transform the BTC into Eur immediately after recieving them (would keept them - but they prefer to change them at least at the beginning), please let me know!

Thanx

You could use a payment processor like Bitpay which will do this for you.

Very much agree with hilariousandco.
With bitpay, you don't even need to setup a bitcoin wallet yourself, and convert bitcoin to fiat yourself.

I'm sure they're still cheaper than creditcard companies.
