How long for Cryptsy to respond to support tickets?

Whats the norm to get a response out of Cryptsy? 72 hours? 7 days? I thought 24 hours was appropriate to allow them to work through it but its been days now.

I'm guessing that is normal but am interested to know how others have fared.

they are saying in 24 hour but some time taking too much time I have to wait for 5 days for first response email from them

48 hours here.  I can't withdraw coins because they stopped supporting the 2-factor SMS e-mail without telling me.  Now my account is broken and won't send me the disable pin.
