Not EVERYBODY is a scammer and/or out to fuck with people.  I understand the history of this place, yet I still choose to engage with an open mind rather than with utter pessimism.

Well not everybody is a scammer, but if you just ask for money and you do not have something to offer in exchange, you probably won't be capable to meet your obligations because despite the fact that you will use the money for what you planned it  if something goes wrong, then what are your choices ?

Is not so easy, you must show clearly  that you could be trustworthy  and tell your lenders what do you want to do and if you have a collateral, that would be better because you will give them more confidence in you.
