Poloniex Exchange some of trade history missing

Hi All,

I had compared my current tradehistory export against the last year's trade history. I see discrepancies like missing trade, balance mismatch etc.
Unfortunately the Poloniex is not replying to my queries for an Audit.

Did anyone else experience similar issue at Poloniex ?

How many times have you tried to upload statistics? Try several times to unload all the data and if nothing changes, then expect a response from the technical support. But I want to say right away that their support is very slow.

i am not uploading any statistics.. just exporting the trade history as an excel sheet and comparing. Some trade transitions were missing. Also total count of some alts were not correct either.

I have never used Poloniex exchange, but I have heard many people complain about this exchange. Most complaints about the support team of Poloniex. They do not help and answer user questions

Just my opinion this kind of check up would really be pointless. Yes, you do able to see those losing traders or histories when it comes to those amounts. What would you do ? Sue them out and might give you the amount that they do owe you into those lose trades? I don't think so that it would really happen on what you do expect specially now poloniex is experiencing problems and delays.
I doubt they wont entertain you into this matter.

I not have problem with poloniex , just ussualy poloniex can't load statistic but if i try to clear cache is good and statistic in use

My account has been locked for no reason in Poloniex. I have tried so many times to be able to contact them so they can open an account for me but today my account is still locked.

Previously I also used Poloniex a lot to exchange but then it has appeared a lot of inadequacies and I no longer use it for exchange in the past. Currently I use Binance and Houbi a lot to make their transactions more favorable and better.

I left Poloniex 1 years ago because they dont add new potential coin, i prefer to use others exchange like Binance, Bibox and Bittrex. Binance and Bibox is very good one because offer trading fee only 0.05% and they also listed many potential digital asset, and also they has great customer support via telegram chat.

Already leave Poloniex a year a go because fees and not finish transaction. Actually Poloniex is good but I don't know why now they become the worst one ( sorry ), they have a lot of audiences and many transactions quantity, this one should grow. For your problem try to contact support team but I believe they will not respond you. Leave this one replace your asset into another exchange and start from beginning, good luck to you.

The exchange is often very buggy, so perhaps the trading pair has been added recently, and because of this there is no history

I have never experienced problems like you or because I am also not often to check the history of my trading in the annual term, which I am from my experience trade in poloniex is the response and support services are very slow, as for the problems faced to complete takes time long enough in due to the response and service from the slow support

Just want to share a problem of mine in Poloniex exchange,
I tried sending a account verification application twice, and
after that when I tried browsing Poloniex it says that the
host banned me because of that I stopped using Poloniex.

Already leave Poloniex a year a go because fees and not finish transaction. Nothing last forever on a top spot and poloniex came from the top and now drowning to the deep. I dont know why they do just let that thing happen yet those issues can really be resolved if they are just really dedicated.
Their service do already suck when they do already implemented strict KYC compliance and at the same time they dont already answer on peoples issues or just simply their support do have a big problem and issues arising about withdrawals and deposits. So, i do expect that they do really go into this situation.

Lately, poloniex have been on the news for the negatives. I think they should get new hands and try not to keep allowing slips here and there.

I encountered this and not just the history missing. I can't open my account also I just submitted my KYC identification, and nothing happen. The bad thing here is I hold a certain amount of altcoins on poloniex. That's literally bad for me.

Well, if part of the story is missing, then there is something to hide from the regulatory authorities. Probably launder the funds.

It may well be the currency of the future. But still there is a share of risk. Great risk.

Perhaps this is due to the fact that the laws regulating this activity have not yet been developed, and therefore it was a forced measure.
